Cornish Blue in the news
Just before Christmas the Guardian Weekend section had an in-depth article about Christmas cheeseboards. One of the contributors, food writer Patrick McGuigan, suggested replacing the entire cheeseboard with a piece of Cornish Blue and “some great accompaniments”. McGuigan said of Cornish Blue “It is lighter than Stilton and has a nice minerality. You could have it with a drizzle of honey and some toasted walnuts, or even fudge. Something sweet and nutty like peanut brittle goes well with lots of a lot of cheeses especially a blue”.
We were delighted to be mentioned in such a way in that article. For 2017 we are keen to hear from you about how you enjoy Cornish Blue whether that be in a recipe, the accompaniments you enjoy most with Cornish Blue, the menus you have found Cornish Blue on and the more unusual places that you have come across Cornish Blue.
