New award winning Cornish Brie is available!

Our much anticipated Cornish Brie is finally ready and available and we couldn't be happier to share it. Before going on general sale we entered into the World Cheese Awards to get the experts opinion and it went and won a bronze award alongside our Cornish Nanny which we are thrilled about. 

Each week we have been tasting the Brie and studying how the flavours are changing by adapting the maturation and conditions slightly and we think we have now got an even better cheese on our hands than what we first entered into the WCA so we can't wait for your feedback so make sure you let us know what you think. 

This is a massive step for us to be able to produce our first white cheese to the range and we are so excited to see how we can develop it into the future. To read more about our journey and how we are now making our third cheese check our story.
