Storage & Serving

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

Delicious cheeses of the Cornish Trio Bundle …

I bought one of the Cornish Trio Bundles from The Cornish Cheese Company along with a selection of their other cheeses, relishes & rillettes, the majority of which were given to my daughter & son-in-law as a Christmas gift … I have done this before & they were delighted again as these cheeses are superb! Everything arrived packed so very well complete with little ice packs. The cheeses from this Company really are so very tasty & once opened do not last long!! I thoroughly recommend this Company & their fabulous cheeses, I know I will be back for more.

Could it BE any better?

You just cannot get a better value, tastier bundle than this. What a way to spend Christmas, ploughing through this deliciousness.

Cheese bundle and some

Really nice selection of cheese. . . The blue, yarg and brie have been excellent and have also made great gifts!!! A little hiccup with the initial despatch but soon generously rectified . . . Many thanks folks!!!
