Cornish Blue Cheese (175g) - A smooth creamy cows milk blue cheese

Cornish Yarg (160g) - Nettle wrapped semi hard cheese with a fresh lemony taste made by Lynher Dairies

Cornish Extra Mature Cheddar (200g) - Creamy cheddar with an intensely rich flavour and crunchy texture

Cornish Brie (150g) - A soft creamy brie style cheese from cows milk

Cornish Gouda (200g) - Aged for 6 months, and bursts with complex creamy, nutty and caramel flavours.

Storage

Keep well wrapped in the fridge but we do recommend removing cheese from the fridge and any wrapping to allow the cheese the ‘breath’ for an hour or two before serving which will allow the full flavour and character of the cheese to come through!

My mum was super impressed with her hamlet, she sent me photos and commented on how generous the cheese portions were and she enjoyed sharing it with a friend who visited over a weekend. The service was fantastic as well when I needed to reschedule the delivery!
