A repeat purchase of this special blue. A good flavour but none of the bitterness of many other blue, semi hard cheeses. Great for eating and cooking.

Ordered a kilo as love this cheese so much, expecting to give half to my sister-in-law. Unfortunately she couldn't come for a week after it was delivered and by then my husband and I had just about finished it! Taste, texture and creamy, gorgeous. Will be buying more, and expecting my s-i-l to buy her own!

This cheese has the most wonderful flavour that neither myself or my wife have tasted before. If you love cheese this is for you. It's not subtle, it's just really tasty, and ideal for a tasty rarebit supper. All in all it's first class.

Ordered the cheeseboard for my sister as Christmas present after sampling all the wonderful Cornish Cheese Company cheeses at a Christmas Fair . Well packaged and prompt delivery. Can't eat that much before the best before dates so I portioned it up and froze it. Each portion has tasted just as good once defrosted.

We tried some of the Cornish Cheddar while visiting your stall at Exeter Christmas Market and thought it was the best cheese we have ever tasted. We purchased some there and then and have since ordered some more again online. Would highly recommend.

Delivered on time and the blue is as delicious as always. Order this every Christmas and any left over is used in soups and pasta dishes. Really versatile cheese that also freezes well when grated.
